Criteria:

North American English Accent – (Sorry Aussies, Kiwis and Brits!).
Warm and friendly personality.
Good internet connection, webcam and headset.
Able to manage a conversation with students from different age ranges, cultures and backgrounds.

Here’s what we don’t do:

We don’t expect you to market yourself – students are placed automatically into your classes.
You aren’t expected to teach super early mornings or late nights.
Once we agree to a schedule, it won’t change frequently – we’ll agree to a 1-2 month term and stick to it, and won’t change your schedule without talking to you.
We aren’t interested in onboarding a lot of teachers but not giving them hours. We’re very selective in who we hire, and make sure people get the hours they are promised.
