How does the billing cycle for the Monthly Class Pack work?

Our Monthly Class Pack operates on a rolling 30-day billing cycle.

This means that your subscription renews automatically every 30 days from the date of purchase.

For example:

You start your classes on November 10
You have 30 days to finish your classes
You can take 10 more classes starting on December 10

What happens if I don’t use all my classes within the 30 day period?

If you don’t use all of your 10 classes within the 30-day billing cycle, don’t worry.

Your classes can be used in the following months, as long as you have an active subscription.

This way, you won’t lose the classes you’ve already paid for.

Can I cancel my Monthly Class Pack subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time.

There are no penalties for cancellation and no long-term commitments.

Are there any additional fees?

The price listed for the Monthly Class Pack covers all costs for the classes within the 30-day period.

There are no hidden fees or additional charges.

Do I have to study every day?

No, we are flexible.

You can study when you want, and take a break if you need to.

Can I take two classes in one day?

Yes, you can!

Most of our students study 2 or 3 times a week, so you can do what is best for you!

When can I book or cancel?

You can book your class 30 minutes (or more) before.

You can cancel your class 2 hours (or more) before.

Can I choose my teacher?

Sure!

You can always choose your teacher, day and time.

Is there a refund policy for the Monthly Class Pack?

Refunds are generally not provided for our Monthly Class Packs.

However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
